Business “Coaching”

The coaching concept is well established and has proved to be very successful. It involves one business owner/manager keeping in contact with another via meetings, emails or telephone to ensure that agreed business objectives are met.

The businesses do not have to be from the same industrial sector for the process to be beneficial and effective, a new perspective and new contacts are always useful.
